Athens

Jet lag not too bad. Slept most of Athens night apart from a 2 hour wake up in the middle. Had a great buffet breakfast at hotel - James & Matty are learning the need to stock up early as they don't know when the next food will be. Add to that the fact that there was chocolate cake AND doughnuts on the buffet bar..... very happy!!
We took a walk around the local area - typical Athens - mixture of new build and old buildings, cafes, stores, found a couple of great bakeries (you can tell because they were packed!) etc.
Will move in an hour or so to the hostel where were are booked for two nights - and once settled in we will take the metro into Athens centre and start "tourist" for real!!
